In the Oud-Zuid district, the owners wanted to have the property thoroughly renovated. The decision was made to demolish the entire building, with the exception of the front façade. We secured this façade within a specially designed steel structure to ensure its preservation. Following the demolition, ample space became available behind the façade to construct a basement. At present (2024), the finishing contractor is constructing the building above the basement level.
